Description:
The total number of occupational injuries during the reporting period is divided by the total number of employees during the reporting period and multiplied by 100,000. This calculation is made separately for fatal occupational injuries and for other (non-fatal) occupational injuries.
Occupational accident: an unexpected hazards and other similar factors that occurs to employed person during the course of implementing work and production.
Acute poisoning: short-term severe poisoning caused by exposure to active biological radiation and toxic chemical substances.
Injured person: a person affected by occupational accident and/or acute poisoning.
