Youth not in employment, education or training (NEET): Shall be figured by the sum of persons aged 15 to 24, who are not in employment, education or training. Youth who are not in employmen, education or training = (Youth outside of labour force who are not studying at the specified time + Unemployed youth who are not studying at the specified time) Youth NEET rate= Youth not in employment,education or training 15-24 / Youth 15-24 ×100% Proportion of youth (aged 15-24 years) not in education, employment or training: Shall be figured by the ratio of the number of youths not in employment, education or training (persons aged 15 to 24) with the number of total youth persons aged 15 to 24.

Since 2009, statistical indicators of the labor market have been compiled using the results of the Labour Force Survey.
More meta data information
The survey results, at the national, province, and capital city levels, by sub-categories such as age group, sex, classification of economic activities, and status employment e.c, there are a small number of differences between them. Because the survey results are weighted from the SPSS program, and the results are converted from fractions to whole numbers/integers.
Due to the updated methodology for calculating sampling weights in 2024, the quarterly and annual data from 2019 to 2023 have been revised.
