The total expenditure of the health sector is the total of health expenditures from the state budget, health insurance fund and individual health expenditure. The health expenditure per capita is the ratio of total health expenditure to the mid-year population of the given year. Percentage of health expenditure in General government total expenditure.

Calculation method
The total expenditure of the health sector will be calculated by adding for the individual health expenditure and the health expenditure of the general government total expenditure and the expenditure of the health insurance fund for the given year. The percentage of health expenditure is proportion of total health expenditures compared to the general government expenditure. The health expenditure per capita is compared to the total health expenditure to the mid-year population given year
