Description:

Supply and use tables are in the form of matrices that record how supplies of different kinds of goods and services originate from domestic industries and imports and how those supplies are allocated between various intermediate or final uses, including exports. A use table at purchasers’ prices consists of a set of product balances covering all products available in an economy arranged in the form of a rectangular matrix with the products, valued at purchasers’ prices, appearing in the rows and the columns indicating the disposition of the products to various types of uses.

Calculation method

The use table includes the value added components of divisions, such as compensation of employees, other net taxes on production, consumption of fixed capital, operating net surplus. The column of the use table shows the structure of consumption and primy income for each division, row of the consumption of products, labor and capital.
